It’s hard to know, really, what you really look like to others…I mean, we can look in the mirror, but let’s be honest, everyone goes twisted and contorted to achieve the most becoming perspective, don’t we? So, in your quest to discover how you appear to others, you may have uttered the words, ‘Am I as fat as her?’…or even, ‘Do I my roots show as much as hers?’, and you’re probably not alone if your partner or close friend, when looking for affirmation, has said to you ‘So, do you think I look like him?’ Comments, like these, cause you to keep your eyes open for that benchmark…. Understanding my roots in Glasgow, you can imagine my surprise this morning when I ‘googled’ (for a reason that is very amusing in itself) a notorious ex-criminal turned artist, and discovered what I deem to be a striking resemblance…well, give him a few more years to ripen!!!
